The Grafton Story 1963-1965 Documentary DVD

The Grafton Story 1963- 1965 Free Flight Avaition

The Grafton Story 1963-1965 Documentary DVD will be coming out for release very soon. The Documentary covers early days of pioneer Hang-gliders through the vision of John Dickenson weight-shift control used today in modern hanggliders throughout the world.

News Flash DVD Release Forbes Flatlands

Jacaranda Films is proud to announce the DVD and Video Release of the recent 2007 Forbes Flatlands International Hang-Gliders Aero-Towing Competition. The event was held in the country town of Forbes in Central West New South Wales in Australia.

The DVD's will be going on sale for $20.00 this Sunday at the Royal Hotel in Manilla, the host for this year's NSW State Titles Hang-Gliders and Para-Gliders Competition.

Forbes Flatlands International Hang-Gliding Competition

NEWS FLASH FORBES DVD DUE FOR RELEASE 4th FEBRUARY 2007

The Forbes Flatlands International Hang-Gliding Competition took place on January the 3rd through the 10th January 2007. Jacaranda Films has produced a insight DVD of approx 40 Min's which covers the overall views on the Hang-Gliding sport.

The sneak Preview will be screening on Sunday night the 4th February at this year's Hang-Gliding State Titles event. The big event is being hosted by the Royal Hotel which situated in country New South Wales Town of Manilla outside of Tamworth the home of Country Music Festival.

Forbes Flatland International Competition

Welcome to my latest blog update report for the Forbes Flatland Hang Gliding competition taking place in Forbes New South Wales. I arrived on Thursday 4th January after a long trip from Coffs Harbour on the east coast of Australia.

The town of Forbes is a four and half hour drive from Sydney, the organiser Vicki Cain kindly invited me over for a few days. To shoot some extra footage for a promo of the best pilots attending the Hang Gliding International event. This film footage is priceless for our upcoming Documentary. I met many friendly well known pilots from many Nations from around the world.

The Hang Glider pilots have traveled many many miles from Japan,United States, Canada,Norway, Sweden, Italy, Brazil, Germany, Austria, and from States around Australia many of the Top 100 Pilots from around world are there for the Forbes Flatland Hang Gliding Gold.

The event is proudly sponsored by Moyes Delta Gliders and the Forbes City Council along with many aviation sponsors. The visiting aircraft there to aerotow the Hang Gliders are the Airborne Microlights and Moyes Dragonfly's.

Dragons on the Clarence

Dragons on the Clarence Sunday 29th October 2006 was the day of the Grafton Dragon Boats Races own on the Clarence River in the town of Grafton.

31 Teams competed for the prize trophy on the day, after a fine day of paddling to victory the Yamba Team crew of the crown and glory sweat it out during the day. Some of the other teams paddling hard on the day were the ANZ team, The Woodies, Go for green The Village People just to name a few.

Personal Profile

I am have been making a series of documentaries over the past few years. Recently just being filming the Tamworth Country Music Festival.

I met up with two great filmmakers from France and we have become great friends in this cool world of Documentary Film Making.

I have been producing documentaries for the past few years completed a series of short films.

I have recently produced a documentary on the Glenreagh Mountain Railway volunteers who have transformed an steam engine called Betty 1919 which was produced in 1878 now running down the line as a tourist railway.

I am currently now working on producing a Independent music show working title Live Launch TV launching Australian Music Blues and Rock Bands and Festivals scene onto the Big Screen across Australia.

The Show will be screening on the Aurora Television Foxtell Cable Channel 183 Saturday Night in October T.B.C. The Crew are now filming more live content with loads of surprises coming soon from Down Under.

I have worked in radio broadcasting industry and as a entertainment DJ and been a filmmaker since the early 90s.

I have recently completed producing a documentary on the invention of free flight Hang-gliders and various Hang-gliding and paragliding competitions staged in various locations around Australia over the coming months.

I love flying and this year have currently been in the pre-production stages, planning a avaition documentary. Setting out to travel in 2008 to various locations events around Australia. Filming locations on Ultralights,Hang Gliders and Paragliders to the modern day Aircraft of famous Pilots inside view to flying.

I have had many life experiences serving time in the Royal Australian Air Force were my passion for flying was put into pratice taking the controls of CT4 Trainers,Blackhawk Helicopter rides in many miltary aircraft.

Tamworth Comes Alive in this upcoming documentary to be released in the coming few months to be broadcasted world-wide.

I have completed the following DVD Documentaries over the past two years. MillMerran Hot Rodders, Urban Country Highlights coming in June, Maidenwell Rodders July, Mud Bulls and Music Bash 2010, AirShows Down_Under,Celebrations of Flight, Stay tune more great australian stories coming soon to the Jacaranda Films Channel.
