Welcome to my latest blog update report for the Forbes Flatland Hang Gliding competition taking place in Forbes New South Wales. I arrived on Thursday 4th January after a long trip from Coffs Harbour on the east coast of Australia.
The town of Forbes is a four and half hour drive from Sydney, the organiser Vicki Cain kindly invited me over for a few days. To shoot some extra footage for a promo of the best pilots attending the Hang Gliding International event. This film footage is priceless for our upcoming Documentary. I met many friendly well known pilots from many Nations from around the world.
The Hang Glider pilots have traveled many many miles from Japan,United States, Canada,Norway, Sweden, Italy, Brazil, Germany, Austria, and from States around Australia many of the Top 100 Pilots from around world are there for the Forbes Flatland Hang Gliding Gold.
The event is proudly sponsored by Moyes Delta Gliders and the Forbes City Council along with many aviation sponsors. The visiting aircraft there to aerotow the Hang Gliders are the Airborne Microlights and Moyes Dragonfly's.

The Dragonfly's Ultralight Tugs are available through http://www.liteflite.com.au/ for further details check out the site. These Tugs are being used for the Aero towing Hang Gliders for the current Forbes Flatland Competition which were designed by Bob Bailey American designer.
The Airborne Australian Microlights have been aero towing out at the Forbes Flatland International Competition daily throughout the week. Please feel free to check out the site at www.airborne.com.au

Hang-Glider Pilots and crew out at the Forbes Flatland Competition taking place in Forbes New South Wales until this Wednesday 10th January. If anyone has any video footage of the Goals today, we would like to request to be given permission to included in the upcoming documentary and give the person's a film credit and logo as 2nd camera unit.
